SPM-VT-D Automotive Inductors

TDK SPM-VT-D Automotive Inductors are metal composite-type wound inductors for power circuits using a metallic magnetic material. These AEC-Q200-qualified inductors provide low Rdc and miniaturization unavailable in ferrite wound type inductors. These features are realized due to the superior DC superimposition characteristics of the metallic magnetic materials. TDK SPM-VT-D Automotive Inductors offer a vibration resistance of 30G and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C (including self-temperature rise).

TDK's unique multilayer processing technology provides higher inductance and Q characteristics as well as further miniaturization. SPM Series Power Inductors

These inductors feature low inductance variance in high-temperature environments and maintain good DC superimposition characteristics. SPM inductors are constructed from metallic magnetic material and have an integrated molded coil that reduces the humming noise more efficiently than with core adhesive coils.
