MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers are 36V/1.5A high efficiency synchronous LED drivers with an integrated inductor. These drivers provide a compact solution with built-in power MOSFETs and two capacitors, requiring only four external components. This allows 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. Protection features includes thermal shut-down (TSD), overcurrent protection (OCP) with valley-current detection, and internal soft-start. The modules are available in a QFN-17 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) space-saving package. AEC-Q100-qualified drivers are available. MPS MPM6010 Step-Down LED Drivers are ideal for automotive LED lighting applications.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
