Würth Elektronik MagI³C-VDLM Variable Step-Down LGA Modules feature a fully integrated current mode DC/DC power supply in an LGA-12EP or LGA-16EP package. These VDLM modules also include switching power stages, control circuitry, and passives in the same package. The compact package is easy to solder onto a PCB requiring a low profile, while the built-in compensation circuitry and soft-start feature for a smooth and safe power-up. The MagI³C-VDLM modules require as few as five external components and eliminate loop compensation and the magnetics part selection process. The onboard protection circuitry is designed to avoid thermal and electrical damage. The series offers high efficiency, a 3.5V to 50V input voltage range, and up to 3A output current with accurately regulated output voltages. Würth MagI³C-VDLM Variable Step-Down LGA Modules provide flexibility and are ideal for powering a wide array of systems and ICs.
