MLX90365 Triaxis® Position Sensor ICs

Melexis MLX90365 Triaxis® Position Sensor ICs decode a moving magnet's absolute rotary position from 0° to 360° or linear displacement, stroke. The monolithic sensor ICs are attuned to the flux density, applied orthogonally, and parallel to the IC surface, enabling the continued development of non-contact position sensors. The MLX90365 series provides a digital pulse width modulation (PWM) output characteristic and a programmable ratiometric analog output signal compatible with any resistive potentiometer or linear Hall sensor. These Melexis AEC-Q100 qualified position sensor ICs are ideal for both automotive and industrial applications.

IMC Technology Sensors & Switches

Melexis IMC Technology Sensors and Switches measure up to three magnetic flux components in a single integrated circuit. IMC Technology identifies the three basic components of the magnetic field and creates a highly accurate and stable picture of where the corresponding magnetic source is in 3D space. This technology can be used to determine the rotary angle, linear distance, joystick position, proximity sensing, and current sensing.
